1. Membership Billing

• Our service is membership-based, with billing options including monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annually.

• Customers will be charged according to their chosen time-period at the beginning of each billing cycle.

2. Cancellation

• Customers may cancel their membership at any time for any reason.

• If a cancellation is requested, no charges will be incurred for the next membership renewal cycle.

3. Mid-Cycle Cancellation

• If a customer cancels in the middle of a charged period, we will not refund the charges for the remaining period.

4. Service Termination

• Upon cancellation, the service or membership will be terminated immediately at the end of the already charged period.

5. Refund Processing

• Refunds will not be processed for mid-cycle cancellations.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

• Any legal disputes shall occur in the greater Seattle area.
